MATERIALS
– Crochet hook size 2.5 mm
– Scissors and needle
– 8/4 cotton yarn
– Teddy bear stuffing
ABBREVIATIONS
ch – chain
ss – slip stitch
sc – single crochet
hdc – half double crochet
dc – double crochet
** – Repeat the sequence between the stars
STEM
Yarn: Brown
Chain 6 and start in the second loop from the hook. Crochet 5 single crochets. Fasten off
LEAF
Yarn: Green
Chain 10 and start in the second loop from the hook.
Crochet: 1 ss, 1 ss, 1 sc, 1 hdc, 1 dc, 2 dc in the same stitch, 2 dc in the same stitch, 1 hdc, 3 hdc in the same stitch.
Continue on the other side of the chain. You now have 8 loops to crochet the following: 1 hcd, 2 dc in the same stitch, 2 dc in the same stitch, 1 dc, 1 hdc, 1 sc, 1 ss, 1 ss. Cut the yarn and leave a long string. Sew the yarn down through the leaf. You can pull a little to adjust the appearance of the leaf.

Sew the bottom together so that it closes.
No peaches are alike, so you can either insert the needle so that it comes out 2-3 rows further up or just continue from where you are; You need to then sew through both leaf and stem and then down through your entire peach. Tighten so that the yarn makes an indentation in your peach and your stem and your leaf are pulled into place. Do the same again so that it is sewn completely in place.
